Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You have received a different product than what was ordered

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition

 Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed car parts

  • Items with tampered packaging or missing parts/accessories

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Electrical or electronic items once opened


 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Email us at support@motomo.in with your order ID and issue description

  3. Share clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  4. Our team will verify and confirm return pickup


 Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD, we’ll request your bank details for NEFT transfer.

Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order separately.


 Warranty Claims

Some items are covered under manufacturer warranty. For such cases, please contact us or the brand's customer service with your invoice.
