You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You have received a different product than what was ordered
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
Used or installed car parts
Items with tampered packaging or missing parts/accessories
Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Electrical or electronic items once opened

Share clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will verify and confirm return pickup
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of COD, we’ll request your bank details for NEFT transfer.
Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order separately.
Some items are covered under manufacturer warranty. For such cases, please contact us or the brand's customer service with your invoice.
